Service Fees and Charge:

While reserving a flight ticket or Hotel on Oracle Flights Hub a non-refundable service fee will be charged for each booking made through us at the time of booking. The Service fee amount will be 5% of the total booking amount. If the client makes any modifications to the itinerary after the booking is confirmed, an additional Service fee may be charged.

Payment Policy

Oracle Flights Hub demands full payment for all travel products services at the time of booking. We accept credit card payments and other authorized payment methods. All the transactions made on Oracle Flights Hub will be processed in any one of the mentioned currencies i.e- United States Dollars (USD), Canadian Dollars (CAD), British pound sterling (GBP), Euro (EUR), Indian Rupees (INR). if the client is making a transaction using any other currency denominated Credit Card or Debit Card the transaction amount might go up and down due to the fluctuation in exchange rate as on transaction date. Clients are liable for assuring that the credit card used for payment is valid and has satisfactory funds. Any Failure to make payment by the transaction date may result in the cancellation of the reservation. Refunds for canceled or changed travel services will be subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines . If a refund is issued by the airlines, it will be passed on to the client after deducting any applicable cancellation or change fees. Refunds for the reservation may take up to 2 Billing Cycles to process. Our travel agency takes the safety of client's data seriously and uses secured payment methods to safeguard client information.

Schedule Changes and Flight Cancellations

Schedule Changes by airlines are very common nowadays, and our agency cannot be held accountable for any schedule changes made by airlines in your travel itinerary. In the situation of a schedule change, we will make every attempt to Inform the client as soon as possible and to provide substitute travel arrangements. Our travel agency is not accountable for any additional expenditures incurred as a result of a schedule change, such as additional hotel nights, meals, or transportation costs, etc.

In the situation of a flight cancellation from the airlines, our travel agency will work with the airlines to provide alternative flight options. If the airline fails to provide an alternative option, our travel agency will help the client in obtaining a refund. Our travel agency is not accountable for any additional expenditures incurred as a result of a schedule change, such as additional hotel nights, meals, or transportation costs, etc.
