Eligibility for Same-Day Confirmed Changes

• The same-day confirmed option is only available for travel within the U.S., U.S.V.I., Canada, and Puerto Rico on Delta Airlines and Delta Connection flights.
• You must request a same-day flight change within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
